Question 1

How does the 30-day free trial work?

Accepted Answer

Pop in a card at signup — you're not charged today. You get full access to every feature for 30 days. On day 31 we bill for the plan you chose — plans start as low as $29/mo — and you keep going. Cancel any time before day 31 and you pay $0.

Question 2

What does it cost after the trial?

Accepted Answer

Plans start as low as $29/mo (Starter), with Professional at $99/mo and Enterprise at $399/mo — no per-user fees, no surprise charges. Prefer to pay yearly? You can switch to annual billing anytime from your Subscription page. Cancel whenever you like.

Question 3

Will I be reminded before my first charge?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we email you a few days before your trial ends with the exact date and amount, so there are never any surprises. Cancel any time before then for $0.

Question 4

Do I get everything, or is it limited during the trial?

Accepted Answer

You get the complete product — proposals, cut-list optimizer, client portals, invoicing, automations, everything. Nothing is locked or watered down during your trial.

Question 5

What if I don't like it?

Accepted Answer

Email support@getjoineryapp.com within 30 days of your first paid invoice and we'll refund you, no questions asked.

Question 6

Does the cut-list optimizer handle plywood and MDF too?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Joinery includes 1D lumber optimization (boards) AND 2D sheet-goods optimization (plywood, MDF, particle board, OSB) — with grain-direction logic, kerf accounting, and one-click PDF export of every packed sheet.

Question 7

What integrations are available?

Accepted Answer

Stripe (payments + Connect deposits), Gmail / Outlook (email send + tracking), Shopify, Etsy, custom-domain email (SPF / DKIM), QuickBooks export, and Google Calendar sync. More coming.

Question 8

Is my data secure?

Accepted Answer

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, hosted on enterprise infrastructure with daily backups. Your client list, proposals, and financials are yours — export anytime to CSV or PDF.
